The company is a longstanding member of the Irish Medical and Surgical Trade Association (IMSTA).
IMSTA was established in 1982, and is a representative of the medical technology supply industry in the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland.
The term ‘Medical Technology’ encompasses the application of science and technology to improve healthcare delivery and client outcomes through diagnosis, treatment options, and (decreased) hospital stays and rehabilitation.
In 2011, IMSTA launched the ‘Irish Medical Technology Industry Code of Ethical Business Practice,’ to encourage industry adherence to high ethical standards in the delivery of modern, innovative, and reliable medical technology.
When invited by IMSTA to contribute a testimonial, David Murray wrote: ‘Membership of IMSTA provides reassurance that our customers are dealing with an organisation of standing and one that can collectively advance the cost/benefits of medical devices and appliances in these challenging times.’
