We don’t just supply a product! We are a specialist team of advisors. Our function is to advice on, and supply ostomy and urinary products to community pharmacies in the Republic of Ireland. We also offer a wide range of medical equipment for client home use.

In our capacity as advisor, we are the linchpin: we fulfil the requests of pharmacies – as required by clients through their general practitioners. For example, should a question occur to a client at the point of handing in their doctor’s prescription, the pharmacist can contact us for on-the-spot advice. Their client may also contact us directly for guidance.

Our team members are highly trained and experienced, and attend ongoing training; both in-house and externally with the cooperation of our supplier manufacturers.

We process orders over the telephone in real-time, with instant feedback on product availability. Orders are shipped same day for overnight delivery. We also offer a rapid forty-eight hour turnaround Cutting Service. Our cutting service team customise pouches and flanges to the client’s specific size and shape requirements.

We are recognised as Ireland’s premier One Stop Shop and are proud of our unrivalled stock holding. Due to our extensive warehousing facility, we stock the complete range of ostomy and urinary products available on the market today. We can also source the many associated hospital products when occasionally required by community pharmacies.

In addition to ostomy and urinary products, we offer our pharmacy customers a wide range of medical equipment for client home use. For example: Blood Pressure Monitors, Thermometers, Nebulisers, Foot Care, Toileting, Injury Prevention, Back Care, Pain Management, Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) Light Therapy, Women’s Health, and First Aid. In addition, any of our products which are available to our medical professional customers are also available – if suitable for home use – to our community pharmacy customers, when required by their clients.
